I am looking for a commercial property in Gurgaon for investment purpose. From my point of view, I want that type of commercial which gives me the proper definition of terms related in real estate i.e Location, Customers, Fixed Rentals, reasonable maintenance charge, features, tenants, lease period, budget and many more.
