I am looking for a commercial property in Gurgaon for
investment purpose. From my point of view, I want that type of commercial which
gives me the proper definition of terms related in real estate i.e Location,
Customers, Fixed Rentals, reasonable maintenance charge, features, tenants,
lease period, budget and many more.
And contacted with many builders, even brokers too, didn’t
get any satisfaction. Gurgaon is a prime location for business point of view.
Gurgaon is known as millennium city as it is surrounded by leading IT hubs,
MNCs etc.
I was disappointed with that. After disappointment, doing
business in commercial property is just a dream. Shared with my friends,
relatives & family everyone told me that if you want to buy a commercial
property then don’t go with words. You should first research builder’s
background, projects features & specification, budget, make an offer &
close the deal.
